Requirements
- 10+ years of product analytics experience in consumer-facing, high-growth environments
- 3+ years managing product analysts with a track record of talent development
- Deep expertise in experiment design, causal inference, and power analysis
- Experience using AI tools for analytics and awareness of their limitations
- Proficiency with modern analytics stack (Snowflake, dbt, Amplitude, Hex, Mode)
- Robust SQL foundations to validate AI output and debug data processes
- Strong communication skills for presenting analytical insights to executives
- Ability to operate at a player-coach level
Responsibilities
- Identify highest-leverage analytical questions and build frameworks to answer them
- Manage and coach a team of product analysts
- Drive business growth outcomes including conversion, retention, and revenue per lead
- Develop customer and business behavior models to shape product roadmap
- Own experiment strategy, design, and cross-experiment patterns
- Validate and sharpen AI-generated analyses with human judgment
