Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of enterprise software/technology sales experience in the public sector.
- 3+ years selling cybersecurity solutions (mobile, endpoint, or zero-trust).
- Demonstrable experience with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or Force Management.
- Deep familiarity with Federal DoD/DoW procurement processes and contract vehicles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Clari or comparable revenue intelligence platforms.
- Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through proof-of-value, negotiation, and close.
- Apply a hunter’s mentality to identify and pursue net-new logo opportunities.
- Develop and execute a data-driven territory plan with clear milestones and pipeline targets.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through new business and upsell/cross-sell.
- Accurately forecast pipeline activity and revenue using MEDDPICC qualification criteria.
- Engage directly with customers to understand mission requirements and security challenges.
- Leverage knowledge of Federal procurement vehicles and compliance mandates to position solutions.
- Partner with BDRs, Solution Engineers, and Channel Partners to drive business growth.
