Requirements
- 1–3 years inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach experience
- Experience in high-volume call environments preferred
- C1 level fluency in Lithuanian, English, and German
- Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
- Proven objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with multi-attempt outbound cadences
- Target-driven
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk)
- Results-driven and organized
- Basic understanding of restaurant industry needs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound restaurant calls to solve ordering and delivery challenges
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling
- Drive additional revenue when relevant
- Call newly registered restaurants to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 10 days
- Follow structured outreach cadences via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Handle written communication and manage claims registration
- Communicate with stakeholders across the company to ensure issue resolution
