Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach.
- C1 proficiency in Lithuanian, English, and Polish.
- Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections effectively.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk).
- Comfortable with multi-attempt outbound cadences and target-driven work.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of the restaurant industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from restaurants to resolve ordering and delivery challenges.
- Identify cross-selling and account growth opportunities to drive revenue.
- Conduct outreach to newly registered restaurants to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 10 days.
- Execute structured outreach cadences via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Handle written communication channels and process claims.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
