Requirements
- Fluent in English and German.
- Currently based in Spain with legal work authorization.
- Experience in Customer Service or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience supporting pharma/biotech call centers (preferred).
- Experience with AWS Connect and Salesforce Health/Service Cloud (preferred).
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including potential North America hours.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to commercial inbound calls, chats, and emails from patients, healthcare providers (HCPs), and vendors.
- Provide customer support to wholesalers and distributors regarding ordering, logistics, and contracted customers.
- Assist with temperature excursion inquiries and updates.
- Identify and document potential Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs).
- Triage medical information inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Utilize standard content, FAQs, and product monographs to provide accurate information.
- Perform outbound contacts to provide commercial status updates and follow-ups.
- Document case notes accurately in the CRM system.
