Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Currently based in Spain with legal work authorization.
  • Experience in Customer Service or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience supporting pharma/biotech call centers (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS Connect and Salesforce Health/Service Cloud (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including potential North America hours.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to commercial inbound calls, chats, and emails from patients, healthcare providers (HCPs), and vendors.
  • Provide customer support to wholesalers and distributors regarding ordering, logistics, and contracted customers.
  • Assist with temperature excursion inquiries and updates.
  • Identify and document potential Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs).
  • Triage medical information inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Utilize standard content, FAQs, and product monographs to provide accurate information.
  • Perform outbound contacts to provide commercial status updates and follow-ups.
  • Document case notes accurately in the CRM system.
