Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach.
- C1 proficiency in Lithuanian, English, and German.
- Strong phone presence and persuasion skills.
- Experience with multi-attempt outbound cadences.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Results-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Understanding of the restaurant industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls to help restaurants solve ordering and delivery challenges.
- Identify account growth opportunities, including cross-selling to drive revenue.
- Perform structured outbound cadences to qualify and onboard new restaurants.
- Handle written communication channels and process claims.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution and information flow.
