Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to Booking.com customers who speak Croatian via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other related services.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive booking experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Stay updated on Booking.com policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information.
