Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to Czech-speaking clients of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and resolution of any issues encountered during their experience.
  • Handle complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address client needs and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on Booking.com’s policies, offerings, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
