Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of progressive enterprise sales experience at a DSP, SSP, data vendor, or agency.
  • Demonstrated track record of consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Active, existing relationships with decision-makers at holding company agencies, independent agencies, and programmatic platforms.
  • Deep expertise in audience targeting, first-party data activation, data onboarding, DSP/SSP workflows, and CTV.
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing accounts post-close, including renewals and upsells.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, comfortable at the C-suite level.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust, self-sourced pipeline.
  • Lead full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Establish and hit quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic account plans balancing new business and expansion.
  • Leverage and expand agency and programmatic platform relationships.
  • Serve as an ongoing strategic partner for existing clients.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Translate client feedback into product and go-to-market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and competitive positioning.
