Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience within insurance, BPO, SaaS, or technology-enabled services environments.
  • Proven success closing large-scale, multimillion-dollar enterprise deals and securing net-new client relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling expertise with exceptional executive presence and relationship management capabilities.
  • Experience selling digital transformation, automation, AI-driven services, or operational outsourcing solutions is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long-term strategic negotiations.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to develop compelling business cases and solution proposals.
  • Experience using CRM and pipeline management tools, with HubSpot experience considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating in remote work environments with periodic in-person meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise business acquisition by identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities within insurance and related industries.
  • Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, contract execution, and successful client transition.
  • Develop deep expertise in BPO, InsurTech, and AI-enabled service offerings to effectively position differentiated solutions in competitive markets.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and operational leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product, Marketing, and Client Experience teams to develop tailored proposals and cohesive customer solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong qualification discipline, and consistent CRM utilization.
  • Partner with leadership teams on strategic pursuits, pricing discussions, and complex multi-solution enterprise opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to strengthen market visibility and generate new business opportunities.
  • Support smooth onboarding and long-term client success through strong collaboration with post-sales and customer experience teams.
