  • Comfort operating as an individual contributor in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of independent cardiology group prospects.
  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach to practice owners and key physician stakeholders.
  • Develop deep market intelligence on target groups.
  • Qualify prospects and manage pipeline CRM discipline.
  • Lead physician-facing discovery conversations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to structure affiliate economics.
  • Drive deal progression through executed affiliate agreements.
  • Represent the organization at cardiovascular society meetings and conferences.
  • Develop market-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Gather competitive intelligence.
