- Ability to engage credibly with physicians and practice administrators.
- Exceptional pipeline discipline and CRM management.
- High EQ for navigating trust-based decision-making cultures.
- Comfort operating as an individual contributor in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of independent cardiology group prospects.
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to practice owners and key physician stakeholders.
- Develop deep market intelligence on target groups.
- Qualify prospects and manage pipeline CRM discipline.
- Lead physician-facing discovery conversations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to structure affiliate economics.
- Drive deal progression through executed affiliate agreements.
- Represent the organization at cardiovascular society meetings and conferences.
- Develop market-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Gather competitive intelligence.
