- Track record of turning research and persistence into conversations.
- Organized and process-driven with ability to manage high-volume outreach.
- Comfort engaging professionally with senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Clear, compelling communication skills in writing and conversation.
- Coachable and collaborative team player.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Genuine curiosity about the higher education landscape.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute intentional, well-researched outbound outreach strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage timely, personalized follow-up on inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Conduct research on prospective institutions to understand their priorities and challenges.
- Partner with internal leadership to refine account prioritization and territory planning.
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to improve lead quality and conversion processes.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline progression in HubSpot.
- Monitor performance patterns and adjust messaging or targeting strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for outreach activity and qualified meetings.
- Share market feedback and insights with Partnerships and Marketing teams.
