  • Comfort engaging professionally with senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Clear, compelling communication skills in writing and conversation.
  • Coachable and collaborative team player.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Genuine curiosity about the higher education landscape.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute intentional, well-researched outbound outreach strategies across multiple channels.
  • Manage timely, personalized follow-up on inbound and marketing-generated leads.
  • Conduct research on prospective institutions to understand their priorities and challenges.
  • Partner with internal leadership to refine account prioritization and territory planning.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to improve lead quality and conversion processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline progression in HubSpot.
  • Monitor performance patterns and adjust messaging or targeting strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for outreach activity and qualified meetings.
  • Share market feedback and insights with Partnerships and Marketing teams.
