- 1 to 2 years of B2B SaaS BDR or SDR experience.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and manage conversion rates.
- Strong judgment in account prioritization and messaging.
- Curiosity regarding buyer roles (Head of Compliance, Engineering, CTO).
- Evidence of outcome-oriented performance over activity-based metrics.
- Desire and specific motivation for career progression to Account Executive.
- Honesty and analytical mindset for diagnosing campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline from high-intent accounts.
- Convert high-intent accounts into completed, qualified demos.
- Convert inbound demos into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
- Provide market and buyer feedback to the Marketing team.
- Evaluate and prioritize accounts based on intent signals.
- Identify and address buyer objections through personalized messaging.
- Adjust outreach strategies based on account responsiveness and conversion data.
