- 2+ years of experience targeting new prospects and engaging decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with mid/senior-level executives.
- Ability to assess prospect needs and personalize outreach.
- Experience creating and executing a structured prospecting plan.
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with GTM technologies such as HubSpot, Outlook, and ZoomInfo (preferred).
- Success working remotely and a strong home set up.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage senior-level executives within the healthcare market.
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, researching, and outbounding into identified accounts.
- Research, develop, and execute a strategic outbound sales plan.
- Educate prospective leads on the full suite of Provider1st solutions.
- Conduct high level qualification conversations with decision makers.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities.
- Ensure all interactions and engagements are logged and tracked in the CRM system.
- Forecast business, pipeline, and targets backed by data.
