Requirements
- 2-3 years of People Operations experience in a high-growth environment.
- Experience working with HRIS or related systems (e.g., HiBob, Workday, Ashby, Culture Amp).
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to build scalable systems and automate repetitive processes.
- Problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with a bias for action.
- Comfort managing sensitive, confidential data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Experience or openness towards building with AI.
Responsibilities
- Maintain core HR systems including HRIS, performance platforms, and onboarding tools.
- Own the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data.
- Identify manual processes and build scalable solutions using automation and integrations.
- Process employment changes including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
- Manage day-to-day US visa processes such as H-1B transfers and PERM applications.
- Maintain and update People policies and process documentation.
- Ensure system compliance for I-9s, security, and compensation audits.
- Resolve employee inquiries via the internal ticketing system.
