Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years' Agile experience
- 1-3 years project management experience
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Experience managing Agile programs using SAFe or equivalent
- Experience operating within DHS/TSA Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) framework
- Experience using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
- Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams
- Must be able to work 8am-5pm Eastern Time
Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager in overall contract execution and day-to-day management of all contract activities
- Manage the Agile Release Train (ART) and coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning activities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, PI planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Coach Agile teams on Agile principles, values, and best practices
- Track and report sprint metrics including velocity, burndown, burn-up, and throughput
- Collaborate across program levels including architecture, product management, and external stakeholders
- Ensure Agile teams adhere to TSA approved methodology such as DevSecOps and SAFe
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and impediments to leadership
