Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, operational enablement, event coordination, training administration, or a similar operational role
- Hands-on experience coordinating internal or external events
- Strong project management and operational execution skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- High attention to detail and ability to think practically through logistics
- Strong ownership and execution discipline
- Experience working in sales, commercial, or SaaS environments
- Experience with LMS or Knowledge Management tools such as Confluence, Notion, Sana
- Experience with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, or approval workflows
- Data literacy and reporting experience
- Experience using GenAI or AI-powered productivity tools
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end logistics for the annual Sales Kickoff: venue sourcing, contracting, speaker coordination, attendee registration, materials production, visa support, and on-site execution
- Track the SKO budget, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate approval workflows with Finance and Leadership
- Plan and execute quarterly Sales and Marketing enablement events, from initial scoping through post-event wrap-up
- Act as the operational liaison between Sales Enablement and cross-functional partners
- Administer the LMS: manage user accounts, enrollments, certification tracking, and completion reporting
- Maintain the Knowledge Management System (Confluence) and design post-event surveys
- Produce participation, completion, and engagement reports across enablement programs
- Maintain data hygiene across tracking systems
