Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operational enablement, event coordination, training administration, or a similar operational role
  • Hands-on experience coordinating internal or external events
  • Strong project management and operational execution skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • High attention to detail and ability to think practically through logistics
  • Strong ownership and execution discipline
  • Experience working in sales, commercial, or SaaS environments
  • Experience with LMS or Knowledge Management tools such as Confluence, Notion, Sana
  • Experience with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, or approval workflows
  • Data literacy and reporting experience
  • Experience using GenAI or AI-powered productivity tools

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end logistics for the annual Sales Kickoff: venue sourcing, contracting, speaker coordination, attendee registration, materials production, visa support, and on-site execution
  • Track the SKO budget, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate approval workflows with Finance and Leadership
  • Plan and execute quarterly Sales and Marketing enablement events, from initial scoping through post-event wrap-up
  • Act as the operational liaison between Sales Enablement and cross-functional partners
  • Administer the LMS: manage user accounts, enrollments, certification tracking, and completion reporting
  • Maintain the Knowledge Management System (Confluence) and design post-event surveys
  • Produce participation, completion, and engagement reports across enablement programs
  • Maintain data hygiene across tracking systems
