Strong ownership and execution discipline
Experience working in sales, commercial, or SaaS environments
Experience with LMS or Knowledge Management tools such as Confluence, Notion, Sana
Experience with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, or approval workflows
Data literacy and reporting experience
Experience using GenAI or AI-powered productivity tools

Own end-to-end logistics for the annual Sales Kickoff: venue sourcing, contracting, speaker coordination, attendee registration, materials production, visa support, and on-site execution
Track the SKO budget, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate approval workflows with Finance and Leadership
Plan and execute quarterly Sales and Marketing enablement events, from initial scoping through post-event wrap-up
Act as the operational liaison between Sales Enablement and cross-functional partners
Administer the LMS: manage user accounts, enrollments, certification tracking, and completion reporting
Maintain the Knowledge Management System (Confluence) and design post-event surveys
Produce participation, completion, and engagement reports across enablement programs
Maintain data hygiene across tracking systems
