Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Explain coverage options, policy terms, and insurance processes
- Drive lead conversion through high-volume outbound outreach and inbound inquiries
- Manage the complete sales process from quoting to policy binding
- Maintain accurate documentation in Close.AI
- Stay current on insurance products, systems, and carrier platforms
