Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing international Talent Acquisition teams in complex and fast-paced environments.
  • Deep expertise in interviewing methodologies, assessment frameworks, recruitment operations, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Proven experience managing applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and candidate relationship management platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate recruitment data and insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships across all organizational levels and collaborate within global, matrixed environments.
  • Experience in EMEA recruitment and/or technical or field-based hiring environments is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region (<10%).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the centralized EMEA Talent Acquisition team, overseeing sourcing, recruitment, onboarding activities, and annual budget ownership across the region.
  • Develop, coach, and strengthen a high-performing TA organization by implementing targeted learning initiatives, leadership support, and capability development programs.
  • Partner with global talent acquisition leadership to drive cross-regional projects, recruitment transformation initiatives, and best practice alignment.
  • Oversee the optimization and implementation of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and automation tools to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies, including selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.
  • Create and maintain recruitment policies, hiring guidelines, and compliance frameworks related to referrals, internal mobility, interviewing standards, and offer processes.
  • Drive employer branding and employer value proposition initiatives across external channels, social media, career events, and talent communities.
  • Build innovative sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across multiple markets.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction while influencing hiring decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Support hiring managers, HR teams, and recruiters by implementing effective recruitment methodologies, assessments, and selection techniques.
  • Lead early career recruitment initiatives and university partnerships to ensure sustainable future talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
