Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, medtech, or life sciences.
- Proven experience managing or supervising sales teams with direct reports and performance accountability.
- Strong background in regional sales operations, account management, or business development.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare or medical technology markets.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and implement data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support a regional sales team to achieve and exceed defined sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies for existing and prospective healthcare accounts.
- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring alignment with overall organizational commercial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, clinical partners, and decision-makers.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to the development of new programs to increase market share.
- Analyze competitive landscape and recommend improvements to sales strategies, tools, and processes.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and performance improvement.
