Requirements

- Proven experience in managing sales teams, driving performance, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, account management, and territory planning.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the activities of a sales team across a specified region to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies for existing and potential accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel and internal stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, marketing campaigns, and sales techniques.
