Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, or Professional Services Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Professional Services business models, including revenue forecasting, delivery operations, and resource planning.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights, strategic narratives, and executive-level recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI platforms (Looker preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Certinia, Gainsight, or Snowflake is an asset.
  • Strong capability in process design, operational scaling, and change management across distributed teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional leaders.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline, balancing long-term planning with operational detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving annual planning, operational alignment, and execution of high-priority global Professional Services initiatives.
  • Design and optimize revenue and delivery frameworks, ensuring scalable processes for forecasting, resource management, and service revenue integrity.
  • Build and maintain unified reporting systems and dashboards by consolidating multi-source datasets into clear, actionable executive insights.
  • Manage end-to-end data processes including collection, cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Deliver advanced analytics, including diagnostic and predictive insights, to support decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using BI platforms to communicate operational and financial performance to stakeholders.
  • Drive process optimization and change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and standardize global workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
  • Support data governance practices to ensure compliance, consistency, and integrity of operational datasets.
