Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads across phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate educational products.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, logging all interactions and follow-ups.
- Execute structured follow-ups to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal processes and comply with ethical, legal, and data protection standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights.
