Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, or a combination
- Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management systems configuration and workflow design
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of commercial contract structures (liability, indemnification, termination, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience using AI tools in a professional setting
- High level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the contract lifecycle management platform, including workflow automation and reporting capabilities
- Build and maintain automated legal processes using modern tooling such as no-code and low-code platforms
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven legal technologies with appropriate oversight
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge systems
- Create dashboards and reporting tools for legal operations metrics
- Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements including NDAs and vendor contracts
- Support corporate governance, compliance processes, and KYC/KYB workflows
- Partner cross-functionally to translate legal requirements into operational processes
