Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership, operations coordination, training delivery, assessment, or RTO experience.
  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or successor qualification).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and operational workloads.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Strong administration and organizational capability.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and allocate assessment workloads across assessors.
  • Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and assessment pipelines.
  • Lead and coach assessors to improve quality and consistency.
  • Support student engagement and escalation management.
  • Ensure compliance with RTO standards and assessment requirements.
  • Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain accurate operational reporting and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and development of trainers and assessors.
  • Manage operational bottlenecks, urgent requests, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with delivery, compliance, and instructional design teams.
