  • Technical knowledge of collision repair procedures and automotive systems.
  • Hands-on expertise in welding and shop-based processes.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote communication tools.
  • Analytical skills to interpret training data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support technical training programs for instructors, assessors, and industry professionals.
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of training curriculum and instructional materials.
  • Facilitate Instructor and Assessor Qualification Workshops (IQW).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic training initiatives.
  • Deliver remote and in-person training sessions.
  • Analyze training performance data and metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Support welding, hands-on, and in-shop assessment activities.
