- Vocational or technical certifications in collision repair (strongly preferred).
- Minimum 5 years instructional experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in collision repair industry.
- Technical knowledge of collision repair procedures and automotive systems.
- Hands-on expertise in welding and shop-based processes.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote communication tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret training data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and support technical training programs for instructors, assessors, and industry professionals.
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of training curriculum and instructional materials.
- Facilitate Instructor and Assessor Qualification Workshops (IQW).
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic training initiatives.
- Deliver remote and in-person training sessions.
- Analyze training performance data and metrics to recommend improvements.
- Support welding, hands-on, and in-shop assessment activities.
