Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing multiple workstreams with limited supervision.
- Experience in programmatic and partnership development.
- Proven track record of taking initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong critical thinking and judgment skills for decision-making with incomplete information.
- Comfort working with data and ability to translate findings into clear outputs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to build/maintain systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to represent the organization externally with professionalism.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience or familiarity with maternal/child health, early childhood policy, or cash-transfer programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct county-level research and synthesize data on poverty, birth rates, and public health metrics.
- Map and identify stakeholders in new states aligned with maternal and child health goals.
- Maintain a multi-state pipeline and build briefing materials/workplans for partnerships.
- Draft concept notes, funder briefs, and proposals in coordination with leadership.
- Support operational planning including staffing, marketing, and program design for new sites.
- Lead identification and onboarding of local community partners.
- Oversee hiring for site-level associates and serve as a bridge for on-the-ground staff.
- Lead technology platform configuration and process adaptation for new sites.
- Manage budgets, workplans, and timelines for active expansion efforts.
- Support the execution and negotiation of data sharing, grant, and partnership agreements.
