Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or within a Center of Excellence (CoE) environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, total rewards, learning and development, and compliance processes.
- Experience managing high-volume HR requests and transactional HR support in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Workday is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Good understanding of local labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach to HR service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HR operational support across onboarding, induction programs, offboarding processes, exit interviews, and employee lifecycle management.
- Provide guidance and transactional support related to employee relations, compensation, learning and development, reporting, and HR policies.
- Administer statutory compliance processes, payroll-related inputs, employee benefits coordination, and HR documentation.
- Utilize HR case management systems to ensure timely resolution of employee and manager inquiries while maintaining service level agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve HR processes, enhance service delivery, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Support audits and compliance initiatives by preparing documentation, responding to audit requests, and tracking corrective actions.
- Maintain HR data accuracy within HRIS systems and contribute to reporting, analytics, and policy updates.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices across People Services operations.
