Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, psychology, or related).
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Experience with Workday HRIS.
- M&A, onboarding, or HR operations experience.
- Experience with SmartSheets or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and resourcefully.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR diligence materials.
- Manage Workday setup and data integrity, including Cost Center and Location creation.
- Manage Employee Workday Onboarding Tracker and monitor completion.
- Audit employment documents and ensure execution in Workday.
- Coordinate Day 1 logistics including IT, swag, and onboarding communications.
- Support HR & Benefits orientation calls and lead Workday training.
- Coordinate benefits integration activities including 401(k) rollovers.
- Manage ongoing operational responsibilities like VCP audits, training monitoring, and SOC2 compliance.
