Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, psychology, or related).
  • 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS.
  • M&A, onboarding, or HR operations experience.
  • Experience with SmartSheets or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and resourcefully.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR diligence materials.
  • Manage Workday setup and data integrity, including Cost Center and Location creation.
  • Manage Employee Workday Onboarding Tracker and monitor completion.
  • Audit employment documents and ensure execution in Workday.
  • Coordinate Day 1 logistics including IT, swag, and onboarding communications.
  • Support HR & Benefits orientation calls and lead Workday training.
  • Coordinate benefits integration activities including 401(k) rollovers.
  • Manage ongoing operational responsibilities like VCP audits, training monitoring, and SOC2 compliance.
