Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, People Operations, or related roles, with proven experience designing and scaling enterprise-level talent programs.
  • Strong experience owning performance management, succession planning, feedback systems, and employee development frameworks in global or distributed organizations.
  • Product-minded approach with the ability to build roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and design user-centric talent experiences.
  • Experience partnering with HR technology teams (e.g., Workday or similar systems), including translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting system implementation or optimization.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stream initiatives in a remote and asynchronous environment.
  • Expertise in change management, employee enablement, and driving adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end redesign of performance management and talent planning systems, including goal setting, feedback cycles, performance reviews, succession planning, and skills frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and employee experience goals.
  • Build and own the roadmap for talent programs using a product-oriented approach, translating business needs into structured, scalable, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with People Technology teams to define requirements, support system configuration and testing, and integrate AI-driven tools into talent workflows and platforms.
  • Drive program execution and project management across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are clearly tracked and aligned.
  • Design and implement change management and enablement strategies, including communications, training materials, manager toolkits, and adoption support for global teams.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, Analytics, and leadership teams to ensure programs are adopted, effective, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and enhance succession planning and talent identification frameworks to strengthen leadership pipelines and improve internal mobility.
  • Build dashboards and talent insights in partnership with People Analytics to support data-driven workforce decisions and executive reporting.
