Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
9+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, global, or technology-driven organizations.
Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management at senior leadership level.
Proven ability to use HR analytics and people data to inform decisions and drive organizational improvements.
Experience developing and scaling HR frameworks, performance management systems, and talent strategies.
Strong background in employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
Ability to work across global, distributed teams with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with a strong executive presence.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential matters.

Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational priorities and long-term business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
Lead and support core HR processes including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
Use people analytics and data insights to assess organizational health, identify risks, and recommend actionable solutions.
Design and implement scalable HR frameworks, policies, and programs that support business growth and transformation.
Coach and support leaders in building high-performing, engaged teams and managing talent effectively.
Collaborate with global HR teams and centers of excellence to ensure consistent and integrated HR delivery.
