Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, global, or technology-driven organizations.
- Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management at senior leadership level.
- Proven ability to use HR analytics and people data to inform decisions and drive organizational improvements.
- Experience developing and scaling HR frameworks, performance management systems, and talent strategies.
- Strong background in employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
- Ability to work across global, distributed teams with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with a strong executive presence.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational priorities and long-term business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
- Lead and support core HR processes including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
- Use people analytics and data insights to assess organizational health, identify risks, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Design and implement scalable HR frameworks, policies, and programs that support business growth and transformation.
- Coach and support leaders in building high-performing, engaged teams and managing talent effectively.
- Collaborate with global HR teams and centers of excellence to ensure consistent and integrated HR delivery.
