Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience configuring Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, frameworks, and global reward practices.
  • Experience working in global or multinational Workday environments.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with ability to interpret complex compensation datasets.
  • Familiarity with Workday integrations across HCM, Recruiting, and Talent modules.
  • Knowledge of Time and Absence configuration is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Workday Compensation certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules across global employee populations.
  • Translate business requirements from HR and stakeholders into effective Workday system configurations.
  • Configure compensation structures including base pay, bonuses, incentives, equity programs, and variable pay plans.
  • Collaborate with Workday product owners, HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment of compensation processes.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and data integrity checks to ensure accurate and reliable configurations.
  • Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements within Workday compensation modules.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, audit, and change management processes.
  • Contribute to system integration discussions with related Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, and Talent.
  • Provide continuous support for system improvements and operational excellence in compensation processes.
