Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience as a systems or Workday analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday tools such as Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connector, and Workday Studio.
  • Solid understanding of payroll and benefits processes, integrations, and HR system workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data transformation techniques (e.g., XSLT or similar).
  • Experience with integration technologies, APIs, and enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in production support, system testing, and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with DocuSign and HR-related enterprise applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical system solutions across Workday and related enterprise applications.
  • Design and configure system enhancements, including reports, calculated fields, integrations, and workflows aligned with business needs.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring proper planning, coordination, execution, and documentation across stakeholders.
  • Develop test plans, execute test scenarios, validate data, and document results for system changes and enhancements.
  • Support production systems by troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations involving Workday, SQL-based systems, DocuSign, ServiceNow, and other platforms.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end users to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
