Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, supporting multiple modules.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise service management processes and ITIL best practices.
  • Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into platform configurations and reports.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and guide platform adoption.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and delivering incremental platform enhancements.
  • Preferred certifications include ServiceNow CSA, Implementation Specialist, or ITIL 4 Foundation.
  • Familiarity with CMDB, CSDM, integrations, automation, and platform governance practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding of new teams, applications, and capabilities into the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise standards.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define success metrics, translate business needs into actionable user stories, and design optimized platform solutions.
  • Drive platform adoption, continuous improvement, and performance tracking through KPIs, dashboards, and analytics reporting.
  • Support CMDB data integrity, CSDM alignment, and governance of knowledge management across ServiceNow and integrated documentation platforms.
  • Facilitate training, enablement, and process standardization to ensure consistent use of the platform.
  • Provide insights into ITSM maturity, service performance, and process compliance to inform data-driven decision-making.
