Requirements
- Senior-level experience in project management leading complex end-to-end initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting processes, including flow design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic and systems-thinking mindset.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle NetSuite.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Ability to apply AI tools to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the finance transformation roadmap.
- Lead and facilitate transformation and improvement projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Act as a bridge between Finance, Technology, and Product teams.
- Analyze existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems, tools, and workflows.
- Manage and prioritize transformation backlogs, removing blockers and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Ensure financial and accounting processes comply with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of external partners, tools, and technologies.
