Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration and support
- Strong expertise in Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets within Workday
- Proven ability to balance production support with project-based system enhancements
- Solid understanding of end-to-end financial processes and enterprise finance systems
- Experience working in Agile and fully remote, distributed teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindset and high autonomy
- Excellent communication skills in English for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a lean, fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end configuration and support across Workday Financials modules, including Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets
- Deliver both day-to-day production support and long-term system enhancements focused on scalable and sustainable solutions
- Translate complex finance and accounting requirements into effective Workday system configurations
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of system improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness for finance teams
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting stakeholders as a technical consultant and solution advisor
- Develop and deliver Workday reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Support system stability by troubleshooting issues and resolving defects in a timely manner
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems within an agile, distributed environment
