Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Financials.
- Deep domain expertise in Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets.
- Understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
- Demonstrated experience balancing production support with long-term project-based workflows.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to operate independently.
- Experience working in Agile teams and fully remote, distributed environments.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on configuration and robust support across Workday Financials modules, specifically Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets.
- Balance day-to-day production support with long-term, project-based enhancements.
- Act as a technical consultant to core Finance and Accounting teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
- Independently manage and prioritize a backlog of initiatives.
- Leverage Workday reporting to extract and provide critical data-driven insights.
