Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday HCM
  • Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, administration, and support
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and data issues
  • Experience developing advanced reports within Workday
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and data governance principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Agile methodology experience is a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills in cross-cultural and international teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support for the Workday HCM platform, ensuring system stability and effective daily operations
  • Resolve complex system issues in alignment with established support procedures and best practices
  • Manage user administration, security configurations, data integrity, and system maintenance activities
  • Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Participate in system testing, maintenance cycles, and Workday release management activities
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of People & Culture data across HR systems
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders on system enhancements and cross-functional HR initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, workflows, and reporting processes
