Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday HCM
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, administration, and support
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and data issues
- Experience developing advanced reports within Workday
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data governance principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English (written and spoken)
- Agile methodology experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-cultural and international teams
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for the Workday HCM platform, ensuring system stability and effective daily operations
- Resolve complex system issues in alignment with established support procedures and best practices
- Manage user administration, security configurations, data integrity, and system maintenance activities
- Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Participate in system testing, maintenance cycles, and Workday release management activities
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of People & Culture data across HR systems
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on system enhancements and cross-functional HR initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, workflows, and reporting processes
