Responsibilities

- Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously.
- Apply advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, social hiring, AI tools).
- Build and maintain pipelines for niche technology skill sets.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Provide market intelligence on talent trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience.
- Maintain ATS records and support recruitment reporting.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies.
