Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or distributor-focused roles within a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Proven success in building, scaling, and managing distributor or partner ecosystems
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity markets, MSP ecosystems, and distribution-led go-to-market models
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, activate, and enable channel partners
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Experience with joint sales planning, pipeline management, and channel performance reporting
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key AMER distributors
- Establish structured joint planning cadences with distributors to drive pipeline generation, deal registration, forecasting, and partner readiness
- Identify, recruit, and activate new channel partners through distributor ecosystems
- Deliver enablement programs, training sessions, and sales plays to distributor teams
- Build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives
- Monitor pipeline health, funnel conversion, and partner performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across internal teams and external partners
