Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or distributor-focused roles within a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment
  • Proven success in building, scaling, and managing distributor or partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity markets, MSP ecosystems, and distribution-led go-to-market models
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, activate, and enable channel partners
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • Experience with joint sales planning, pipeline management, and channel performance reporting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key AMER distributors
  • Establish structured joint planning cadences with distributors to drive pipeline generation, deal registration, forecasting, and partner readiness
  • Identify, recruit, and activate new channel partners through distributor ecosystems
  • Deliver enablement programs, training sessions, and sales plays to distributor teams
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Monitor pipeline health, funnel conversion, and partner performance metrics
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across internal teams and external partners
