Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Go-to-Market, or related leadership roles within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong background in MarTech or adjacent industries such as location marketing, customer engagement, reputation management, search technologies, CDP platforms, or similar sectors.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive, technical, and business stakeholders while influencing strategic decisions.
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, product positioning, enterprise sales processes, and market strategy execution.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and public speaking skills with experience representing organizations externally.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business-focused messaging without losing strategic depth.
  • Experience influencing product direction and roadmap prioritization through market insight and customer engagement rather than direct ownership.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, AI-driven product innovation, or applied AI technologies in SaaS ecosystems is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Located within the Americas and willing to travel for industry events, executive briefings, and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and market narratives that clearly communicate product vision, differentiation, and business value.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling and accessible value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Serve as a strategic spokesperson at conferences, executive briefings, customer engagements, and industry events to strengthen market presence and credibility.
  • Support strategic enterprise sales opportunities by partnering with Sales and Solutions teams to align product capabilities with customer challenges and business objectives.
  • Influence deal strategy and customer conversations where product direction, roadmap alignment, and technical differentiation are critical.
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and effective product communication.
  • Gather and synthesize market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to help inform product priorities and roadmap decisions.
  • Enhance go-to-market effectiveness by enabling teams with differentiated product storytelling, strategic messaging, and solution narratives.
  • Contribute to the organization’s innovation strategy by identifying emerging opportunities within AI and evolving B2B SaaS technologies.
