Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product strategy, management, design, or innovation.
- Proven experience leading innovation in technical, AI, aerospace, or defense environments.
- Experience managing and developing teams, including setting priorities and rhythms.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex market signals and customer needs into strategy.
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in a Senior Manager or Director-level role.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and innovation to identify future product opportunities.
- Continuously assess emerging technologies, market shifts, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain an innovation roadmap.
- Lead design to elevate existing product experiences and validate new concepts.
- Establish repeatable processes for opportunity assessment and concept testing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, AI, and science.
- Influence senior leadership with strategic narratives and evidence-based insights.
- Manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary design team.
