Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
- Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft
- Fluency in interaction design and prototyping
- Track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch
- Ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking and user-centered research
- Experience researching, prototyping, or building products with AI and other emerging tools
Responsibilities
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers
- Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Provide thoughtful feedback for others
- Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements in Figma’s core product surfaces
- Contribute to design org culture by participating in critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices
