Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in production design, digital design, or performance marketing creative environments.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Experience designing for paid social platforms such as Meta and YouTube, as well as web and lifecycle marketing channels.
- Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation, and digital asset production workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail, visual design skills, and understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
- Experience working within established brand systems while adapting creative for performance optimization.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and feedback-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Produce high volumes of creative assets across static, motion, carousel, GIF, video, and web formats for paid media and lifecycle campaigns.
- Translate creative briefs into polished, performance-oriented designs optimized for testing, engagement, and conversion.
- Iterate rapidly on high-performing creative concepts, producing variations and adaptations across multiple channels and platforms.
- Maintain, organize, and evolve design systems, templates, and reusable components to support scalable production workflows.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and platform requirements across digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, brand designers, and marketing teams to improve creative performance and execution quality.
- Perform quality assurance on all assets prior to launch and troubleshoot design or formatting issues as needed.
- Support ongoing creative testing initiatives by incorporating performance feedback into future iterations.
