Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7–10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within Microsoft Office 365 or cloud-based environments
- Proven success managing complex IT projects and simultaneously overseeing multiple initiatives
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with project planning, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and change control processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and customer stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related cloud solutions
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and OnePlan
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and discuss complex technical requirements and solution architectures
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, budget, timeline, quality, and client expectations.
- Manage technical initiatives involving Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 migrations, Azure deployments, endpoint management, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, security, compliance, and AI-related solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams composed of engineers, architects, strategists, and delivery managers throughout all project phases from planning through production implementation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, implementation plans, risk mitigation strategies, status reports, meeting documentation, and governance artifacts.
- Monitor and manage program-level budgets, contract deliverables, resource allocation, and multiple statements of work across customer engagements.
- Facilitate communication with internal leadership, customers, and stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, issues, and strategic recommendations.
- Support organizational change management efforts and help customers navigate technical decisions, adoption strategies, and evolving project requirements.
- Identify risks, manage ambiguity, create contingency scenarios, and recommend process improvements to enhance delivery performance and operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to support invoicing accuracy, contract compliance, and financial tracking activities.
