Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7–10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within Microsoft Office 365 or cloud-based environments
  • Proven success managing complex IT projects and simultaneously overseeing multiple initiatives
  • Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience with project planning, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and change control processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and customer stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related cloud solutions
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and OnePlan
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and discuss complex technical requirements and solution architectures

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, budget, timeline, quality, and client expectations.
  • Manage technical initiatives involving Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 migrations, Azure deployments, endpoint management, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, security, compliance, and AI-related solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams composed of engineers, architects, strategists, and delivery managers throughout all project phases from planning through production implementation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, implementation plans, risk mitigation strategies, status reports, meeting documentation, and governance artifacts.
  • Monitor and manage program-level budgets, contract deliverables, resource allocation, and multiple statements of work across customer engagements.
  • Facilitate communication with internal leadership, customers, and stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, issues, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support organizational change management efforts and help customers navigate technical decisions, adoption strategies, and evolving project requirements.
  • Identify risks, manage ambiguity, create contingency scenarios, and recommend process improvements to enhance delivery performance and operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to support invoicing accuracy, contract compliance, and financial tracking activities.
