Requirements
- 3+ years experience leading client-facing implementation projects, preferably within health insurance, employer health benefits, or health tech.
- Proven track record of leading multiple projects concurrently to successful implementation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience leading client presentations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to resolving client issues.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, G Suite, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Knowledge of medical claims processing and/or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of mid-market to enterprise sized clients.
- Create and maintain project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed within the defined timelines.
- Lead client facing presentations, delivering clear and concise updates on project progress.
- Collaborate closely with clients to capture and document their requirements.
- Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Account Management, and Integrations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Provide training and support resources to ensure clients can effectively maximize the benefits of the implemented solutions.
