Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination, process analysis, or delivery management within IT or engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Six Sigma) and structured delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, and workflow automation platforms like Power Automate.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in advanced English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in remote-first environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of SRA, PIA, and DRP processes.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early in the delivery cycle.
- Drive process adherence, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Six Sigma).
- Leverage tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, and Power Automate to track progress.
- Support process adoption and ensure best practices are applied across teams.
