Responsibilities
- Receive and transform briefs into well-prepared project documents.
- Scope, cost, and plan projects across various disciplines.
- Allocate resources and design project plans for delivery.
- Communicate project plans internally and externally for stakeholder alignment.
- Manage project execution, monitoring progress against scope, budget, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through register maintenance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure quality and adherence to expectations.
- Prepare status reports and manage change control processes.
- Facilitate client kick-off meetings and ongoing status updates.
