Responsibilities
- Run creative and production processes from brief to delivery.
- Manage scoping, costing, and project planning.
- Allocate resources and define project milestones.
- Prepare status reports and manage project progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate delivery among stakeholders and creative teams.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints.
- Lead client-facing kick-off meetings and project discussions.
