- Current ANCC or AANP board certification (FNP, AGNP/AGPCNP)
- Active licenses in a minimum of 30 U.S. states
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Active NPI number
- Professional liability / malpractice insurance covering telehealth
- Experience with EHR platforms
Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous telehealth evaluations for new GLP-1 patients
- Prescribe and titrate FDA-approved GLP-1 medications
- Manage follow-up visits, dose titration, and side effect counseling
- Review RD care summaries and document clinical findings
- Sign Letters of Medical Necessity for prior authorization
- Respond to PA appeals within 48 hours
- Participate in Medical Director-led clinical reviews and quality improvement initiatives
